My house is not in an exclusive area of Lima, it is a neighborhood north of Lima, 15 minutes from the airport. The appeal of my apartment is that it is also my painting studio. I am a plastic artist graduated in painting and guests could get to know a little about what I paint and get to know the art scene in different galleries in Lima and current art exhibitions. The space It is a two-bedroom apartment. One of them is mine and the other is free for guests. I also have a kitchen, a refrigerator and cooking utensils. There is a living room, a dining room and a place to hang clothes. I have a cat and she lives and sleeps with me and my living room is the space that I also use to paint my oil or acrylic paintings. My parents and siblings live downstairs. They are good people and are always available for any help you may need, as long as it is within their means. From time to time we could have mobility using my dad's car if it is available. Guest access laundry, kitchen, living room, dining room. Other things to note It's 10 to 15 minutes from the airport to my house. There are buses that go all over the university avenue and then enter the Los Alisos avenue where the house is. The land terminal is also nearby and two large shopping centers.
