The neighborhood is in the middle of a residential area of hotels, embassies, institutions, and commerce in general (pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, restaurants, etc. all within a 6-minute walk). In addition, on the ground floor there is a cafeteria (specialty coffee, pastries, French bakery, pizzas, juices, etc.). The space • The entrance is separate and private. You have to climb 14 steps to reach the first outdoor terrace and then reach the entrance to the single environments. • Fiber optic WiFi (68 Mbps). • All common areas are included in the rental price. • Due to renovations, the main entrance and some common areas may be dusty and under repair. • The floors are made of old mara wood. • The house is over 50 years old; some wooden floors might make a little noise when walking on them. • The doors are solid and are also made of old mara wood. • The windows are modern and offer maximum acoustic thermal insulation (they keep the environment warm and out of noise for a restful night's sleep). • All bathrooms have been remodeled with new materials and large mirrors. . Guest access There are two outdoor terraces on the 1st floor and 3rd floor (equipped with a charcoal and gas grill), and also a loft. On the ground floor, we have a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and iron. All common areas have furniture and utensils for guests to use. Other things to note On the ground floor, there is a specialty coffee shop, a bakery with fresh sourdough bread, and pizzas. Please remember that you'll be staying in a house and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we'll resolve them as soon as possible.
