Apartment in a family environment, on Icarai beach, comfortable, 100 m2, located on the 3rd floor - stairs, gated community facing the sea, adult and children's pool. Barbecue, children's leisure area. Garage for two cars. Small pets are allowed. Close to supermarkets, Atacadão, restaurants, gas station, pizzeria, hamburger joint. The space Large green area, excellent view, airy. Other things to note We have no air conditioning. We use 1 fan in each room. We have a double bed, five single beds, 3 hammocks and 4 single foam mattresses, 1 single inflatable mattress and another double. The apartment is on the third floor (stairs). We have no safety nets on the windows.
