Located in a quiet neighborhood. 7 mins. to State Farm Insurance Corporate, 8 mins. to BMI Airport, 14 mins. to IL University, 18 mins. to Rivian Automotive Assembly Plant in Normal, IL and it’s Close to Historic route 66 and I-80. There's a walking trail nearby. We welcome people from all places & races! Guest will have the entire basement to yourself during your stay. This features Two private bedrooms (1 bedroom doesn't have window), private bathroom, Laptop/Computer space, kitchenette & enjoy the private entertaining room. Shared Main Entrance. 1 car for parking. Guest has access to main kitchen, driveway for parking, deck,main living room We also have outdoor sports game for everyone to enjoy (Cornhole bean bag, Jenga, Toss etc) I also provide grill for my guests to use. Painting materials are available for the guests for some fun Airbnb experience (charges apply). This house is our primary residence. If we are home while you are in, then we are more than happy to socialize, make recommendations, do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. If you prefer time to yourself, we will give you all the space you need. If it happens we are out of the house while you are in, I will be reachable via airbnb app to assist you with anything you need. The house is protected by Electronic System. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. No pets allowed. Weekly cleaning for long-term stay. There are Canvases, stones and painting materials available if guests are looking for fun to do while in the house (extra charge applies). There is portable door lock in each bedroom available to use for more comfort & peace of mind. Special Amenities: Coffee & light breakfast are available (cereal & fruits) for the guests. Oil Diffuser also available to use in each room. Checkout Instructions: Check all your personal belongings. Leave the bed unmade. Put the wet and used towels and washcloths on the bathtub.
