Lake Front Cottage on Douglas Lake Near Petoskey, Pellston, Levering & Mackinaw

Douglas Lake is a beautiful, quiet lake. You will truly find Harmony here.The University of Michigan owns much of the land surrounding the lake so it is not overly populated. It is excellent for swimming and fishing (perch, bass, pike). The cottage includes two bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a full size bed, a full bathroom, kitchen area, and living/dining space. The living room couch folds out into a full size bed.The front area has a large outside deck, yard with campfire pit and a long dock with an adjacent sun deck attached which is perfect for sunbathing. A row boat is also attached to the dock for your use or you can bring your own or rent one from a nearby marina. The area has wonderful restaurants, including the Douglas Lake Steakhouse just a minutes’ walk away; golf courses and shopping are also nearby. This is a non-smoking cottage and no pets are allowed.
