Ocean and Mountain View Apartments (Tucán)

Apartamentos Vista del Mar y Montaña (Tucán) is a great location for people who like to explore the beauty of Nature. Ocean View. Our Guests will be able to see and hear the sounds of monkeys, birds and many animals that are protected by our Community and make our place one of the favorite destinations in the zone. Playa Hermosa de Uvita Beach is a Great location for Surfing and very close to attractions such as Canopy tours, ATV tours, Whale watching tours, Waterfall tours among others . The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor facing to the ocean. Guest access Our Guests have access to the reserved apartment, swimming pool, pool shelter, walking trail and to fruit trees around the property. POOL RULES  Warning: No lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk.  NO CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. All Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Shower before entering the pool.  Do not enter the pool if you are not feeling well.  Please maintain six (6) feet of distance between yourself and other visitors.  Wash hands or sanitize before swimming or touching common surfaces.  Glass articles and sharp objects are not allowed in the pool area.  No pets are allowed in the pool. Swim at Your Own Risk Liability Release By Completing the reservation our Guests agree to use the pool, pool shelter and surrounding areas considering that there will be NO LIFEGUARDS present. Our guests certify that they are physically fit and capable of swimming without injury or danger to themselves or others. By completing this reservation our Guests affirm that the use of the pool and Installations is voluntary and at their owns risk, including household, spouse, children, parents and siblings and all other potential heirs ("Family”). Apartamentos Vista del Mar y Montaña, the Owner and Management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Other things to note The building has 4 apartments. They are listed as: 1- Apartamentos Vista Del Mar y Montana Playa Hermosa: This apartment is located on the first floor and has ocean view. 2- Apartamentos Vista Del Mar y Montana Iguana: This apartment is located on the first floor and has Jungle/Mountain View. 3- Apartamentos Vista Del Mar y Montana Tucán: This apartment is located on the second floor and has ocean view. 4- Apartamentos Vista Del Mar y Montana Rana Verde: This apartment is located on the second floor and has Jungle/Mountain View. To select the correct “apartment view” you must look for the correct name listed. Please feel free to contact us for more details before you do your reservation. The administration (owners) reserves the right to access the apartments at any time, if necessary, re-assign an apartment and to accept or reject a reservation according to defined criteria and considering the house rules.
