Rental unit in Los Angeles

Lovely private 1BR apt & bath, recently remodeled. Quiet street in the hills, but 3 min to fwy access, 5-10 min to shopping (2 malls, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc). 30 min from Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Topanga & Malibu beaches. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, fun vintage vibe, private patio. Office workspace has been added to Living Room. Five-star amenities: Super-comfortable bed, quality linens, beautiful decor, lots of storage, private bath with everything all to yourself. The space This unit is attached to our home (on the lower level) but with its own private side entrance. It shares a sidewalk with another unit, but that unit is separate. The only other shared space is the laundry. Everything else is totally private and your own. It is best for 1-2 people, but there is a couch in the living room, or we can provide an air mattress, if a 3rd guest stays (temporarily). There is one parking space for this unit. It does require walking down a long ramp, so it might not be right for people with mobility issues. I assume people staying a month or more will want their own toiletries, so those are not provided for you. But I do provide cleaning supplies like liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and other spray cleaners for everyday cleanups. Guest access You will have complete privacy in this space. No shared rooms or bathrooms. The only shared things are a sidewalk and the laundry room. Other things to note FREE laundry is on site, shared with only one other apartment. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are supplied for you. Also, I do SUPER DUPER cleaning and disinfecting, above and beyond CDC guidelines. Registration Details HSR19-004833
