Entire house to be rented on an "exclusive" basis, i.e. it will not be shared with other guests and hosts. Accommodates 8 people (4 couples) comfortably. It is exactly 17 km from downtown Urubici. Please note that the property is not exclusively for reservations, i.e. there are personal belongings of residents in the house, it is not a hotel. The garage and the path to the gate will be shared with hosts. The space Come and enjoy the cold (very cold!) in the place of the Santa Catarina mountain range that registers the lowest temperatures, between Urubici and São Joaquim. The house has a rustic decor mixed with kitsch with a wide view of the fields and the araucaria mountains, located in front of a river. The house accommodates 8 people (4 couples). Holidays and June/July/December/January, only two nights minimum. It has 1 suite with a whirlpool bathtub, inverter air-conditioning and thermal sheets. Two bedrooms with double bed and thermal sheet and another bedroom with sofa bed. The residence has all the equipment that a 'common house' would need: stove with gas oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, laundry sink, Wi-Fi, bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows), 4k television with Netflix access. It also has an outdoor barbecue. It is at the foot of a hill of araucaria trees that can be explored, there is space for short walks and also a longer path/trail. There is room for a campfire and camping. We don't offer breakfast. There are two covered parking spaces. Smoking is allowed outside the house (balcony). Only small pets are allowed. The House is 1.6 km from the Lava-Tudo Resort, where it is possible to go horseback riding, for short and long periods (more than 6 hours), and 1.1 km from the Cascata dos Amores. The property is also close to the entrance to Campos de Santa Bárbara, an off-road path that leads to the city of Bom Jardim da Serra and Cânion das Laranjeiras. Guest access All areas.
