The prime location and homely design of the villa offers the perfect combination between experiencing the tropical life by the beach (which is just a few steps away!) while also being able to enjoy a cozy private relaxation by the pool and outdoors sitting areas and having everything you need (such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, coffee etc) within a walking distance. The space This cozy villa for 7 guests and possibility for 1 additional guest. It offers a 3.5 master bedrooms (There’s a small niche with a bunkbed for kids) with 3.5 bathrooms (one for each room and another toilet outside for the pool). The villa has four AC units, a private pool and BBQ area, a terrace with sitting areas and an outside rancho with dining table and a private parking. Renting also includes : - Daily cleaning (except on Sundays). - pool and garden maintenance (except on Sundays). - Guard during the night. - Concierge services. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the entire villa. The villa is located inside a gated community of luxury villas that has a private path to the beach. Parking is on the property. Other things to note Parties, events or loud music are not allowed. No noise after 21:00pm. Please respect your neighbors.
