The space This is where nature meets luxury with the house featuring Carara Quartz countertops, an Infinity Edge Pool surrounded by lots of Coralina (petrified coral) deck, 3 master bedrooms with king size beds, showers with Canadian Black Slate walls, fresh Deep Well water plumbed, high-speed internet (40mbps) and A/C throughout the house. - 4 Bedrooms. - Sleeps 10 comfortably. On our main floor, you will find our 3 master bedrooms each equipped with king-size bed, a closet, and a/c. - Master Bedroom # 1 has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Carara National Park and has independent access to the pool deck through sliding glass doors, with Its own Master bathroom featuring double showerheads and a walk-in closet. - Master Bedroom #2 has its own bathroom as well and it faces the entrance of the house. - Master Bedroom #3 also has independent access to the pool deck and shares a bathroom with common areas and an extra twin size bed. The other bedroom is on the bottom floor giving Iit independence from the main common areas and providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The access to the bedroom is outside going down a flight of stairs located next to the lanai. - Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, one twin bed and a private bathroom The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for meal preparations, also including an automatic dishwasher. The dining and living room areas are very spacious and have a view of the Pool and outside Vistas. Casa Cielo has all you need for relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment. - Large TV in living room - Washer & Dryer can be made available upon request - Parking space for up to 3 vehicles - Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an extra charge This property is a peaceful retreat ideal for get-togethers. Please note that loud music, parties, or any gatherings exceeding the permitted number of guests are not allowed, out of respect for our neighbors and the tranquil setting. Guest access It is advised to have a rental vehicle during your stay. Although our road is paved, it is suggested to get a 4x4, this will give you assurance on the steep mountain roads as well as access to explore other areas, which may not have paved roads. Please be advised that the speed limit within the community is set at 10 mph, as the roads are steep and curvy. - The house is 68,5 km or 1 hour and 10 minutes from the Juan Santamaria Airport We can also help set up a shuttle service if you wish. The shuttle service that we use, will pick you up from the airport and take you wherever you might want/or need along the way (groceries or sightseeing). The price per way is $130 for up to 5 passengers and $10 for each additional guest. Please take into consideration that there are no Uber or Lyft drivers near the area and that setting up transportation needs to be arranged ahead of time. Other things to note - Our pool gets serviced every Wednesday morning. - Please be aware of ongoing construction in the community. Noise and view obstruction may occur. - Parking space for up to 3 vehicles - Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an extra charge - We will send you the code to our door the day before your arrival. We will be available to guests via Airbnb messenger, to assist in any needs that may arise. - Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated. - The pool does not feature heating - Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut, or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay, we will not issue a refund.
