Privileged location, in the center of the city, which allows you to do everything on foot. 🏖 DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH The apartment is 450 metres from the beach, a short 5-minute walk to the central beach of Balneário Camboriú. ❄️ AIR-CONDITIONING The accommodation has air conditioning in the three suites and also in the living room. 🚗 GARAGE We have TWO private vacancies. 🛏 BED AND BATH LINENS You will find all the ready-to-use beds, with clean, sanitized bedding, accompanied by pillows and blankets. In addition, we provide complete bath sets, including: a bath towel for each guest, a face towel and a floor towel for each bathroom. 🐾 PET We accept 1 small pet per reservation, as long as it is well-behaved, used to indoor environments and relieves itself in the appropriate place. Rules for pets: Extra fee of R$120. Climbing on beds or sofas is not allowed. Damage or special cleaning caused by the pet may be charged. 📝 REGISTRATION and CHECK-IN To release access and register in the condominium, it is necessary to send a legible photo of the identity document of all guests at least 24h before the check in. The check-in/withdrawal of keys is done in our office, located in the vicinity of the condominium. Please note the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be authorized subject to availability and an extra fee. 🚫 RESTRICTIONS As determined by the condominium, the use of leisure areas (swimming pool, gym, ballroom and others) is not allowed by vacation rental guests. ------------------------ 🏡 This is a family condominium, and we ask for special attention: > We do not accept youth groups. > Speakers and loudspeakers are prohibited, regardless of size. > Mandatory silence after 10 PM. > Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed inside the apartment. > Smoking or using illicit drugs in the accommodations and common areas is prohibited. > No visitors allowed during the stay. > No reservations for third parties: The key will only be handed over to the person who made the reservation.
