The space The 3 Bedroom Apartment 302 and 1 Bathroom in the Sergio Kuroyanagi 1 Building is comfortable with all the amenities of a furnished apartment with utensils, currently ideal for up to 11 adults (3 double beds of great quality with bagged springs, 2 single beds and 1 treliche with 3 single mattresses, great family environment with excellent neighborhood, all 3 bedrooms have balcony and air conditioning, very well located(see description location below), nearby bus stops, Uber service works very well in Cuiabá and the prices are good, financially for travel in Cuiabá floor uber compensates much more than renting a car. Good for family, businessmen, group of people for work or course, medical treatment and tourism. The apartment is for rental only, no one lives in the property, so the host will have total privacy inside the apartment, prepared according to the number of guests informed in the reservation (when making the reservation query place the exact number of guests). The amount paid is calculated by number of guests in the reservation, so it is mandatory to inform in the reservation the exact number of adults and children, the host may be requested at any time to request to change the number of guests, if the host has identified a number of people more than agreed, the host will immediately cancel the hosting because the host acts in bad faith in relation to payment of amounts, the cancellation may occur even during the accommodation for the aforementioned reason, if you change the number of guests to a larger amount, please notify the host immediately for additional payment of additional guests.
