The space The green area and pools are very generous and always impeccable with beautiful palapas and outdoor furniture to enjoy the common area. It also has an exclusive pool area for children, and the location is unbeatable: just a few meters from the exit to the Mexico-Acapulco Diamante highway, making it very convenient to enter and leave the city without going through traffic. It is also located on the main avenue of Diamante and all the shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are around it. The internet is currently working very well, there were months after OTIS where the entire city had intermittent service, but that is NO longer the case. Guest access Guests have access to common areas: Pool, palapa with bar, garden and garden furniture. If required, the guest can hire a suggested laundry service with free pick-up and delivery service. Pets are not allowed, please consider that we do not make exceptions on this point. If your reservation is for a stay of less than one month (DAILY rate scheme), you will only pay through Airbnb what the platform quotes you; no extra payment will be required. However, only in the case of reservations for stays equal to or greater than 28 days (under a discounted MONTHLY rate scheme), the following two conditions apply: 1) In these cases, the services are NOT included in the amount that you pay on the platform for the rental of the apartment; therefore, there is a fixed rate of $150 pesos DAILY payable in full in advance for the equivalent of days that result from the total term of the stay. This payment is made at check-in for the following services: WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS, 150 MB WIFI, DISH HD and ACCESS TO COMMON AREAS. 2) It is also mandatory to hire at least a minimum of 1 weekly BASIC cleaning service to ensure the order and care of the property, at a rate of $700 pesos per service (Includes general cleaning and weekly change of linens such as sheets and towels). This service is NOT included in the cleaning fee you pay on the platform for a clean property with fresh linens upon check-in. Payment for all basic cleaning services required during your stay will be due upon check-in. Other things to note Equipment: *We provide a kit of 4 bath towels, 4 pool towels for exclusive use within the complex, and 2 hand towels for bathrooms. *Kitchen equipment: frying pan, pot, cups, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, stove. *Hair dryer in bathroom. *Digital safe (with code) PROPERTY RULES: -Parties and events are not allowed. -Visits without prior authorization are not allowed. -The number of guests established in the reservation must match at all times (babies and children must also be declared as guests). Access will be denied to anyone not previously declared. -Smoking (with combustion) is not allowed inside the apartment. -Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Effective measures are in place to monitor compliance with the rules. Violation of the house rules may result in the expulsion of guests without the right to a refund.
