The space This is a two story villa located in the 'Balneario Buenos Aires' 3 km from Manantiales and 17 km from Jose Ignacio and Punta del Este. The house is located on Calle 25 Corner Ruta 10 (km 167.5). The house is a short walk from the beach (located on the 4th lot from Route 10). It is a secluded beach with lifeguards in the summer season, with large expanses of sand and dunes where you can enjoy peace and beautiful sunrises (deep sea). Ideal house for rest and to enjoy with family and friends. It has plenty of outdoor space; balconies, terraces, patio and back with fence, pergola with umbrella hammocks and barbecue. The entire coast from Manantiales to Jose Ignacio is a rugged area, with unpaved streets and lots of undeveloped land. The species cavea aperea (cuis) is frequently found in gardens and vacant grounds, so if you are not friends with these animalitos herviboros this house is not for you. Guest access The house is developed on two floors with a total of 120 m2 covered. There are two bedrooms upstairs: the one facing the front of the house has a double bed, 2 closets, a balcony and a 12 m2 terrace with outdoor furniture; the other bedroom has 3 single beds, a large closet, a balcony and a dresser. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a 21"flat-screen TV with cable TV service. There is also a bathroom with a shower room on this upper floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with table for 4 that has exit to the bottom through sliding window door. It is quite complete with various utensils and appliances. Cleaning supplies are included. You will also find a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room with air conditioning, very lighted, sliding windows that allow access to the patio and the backdrop with a grill. The beach is just a few meters from the house, a 2-minute walk across Ruta 10.
