CasaAriella Prvt Pool Gazebo by beach w/Generator

A beautiful Casa nestled a few steps away from the beach. Features warm wood interiors, large common areas & high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen. Salt water Pool area is decorated with mosaics by a local Rincon artist & has access to shower and bathroom with an updated gazebo with a TV & WiFi , outdoor kitchen & grill. The yard is fully fenced and prof. landscaped w/ local flowers and fruit trees. 4 bedrooms w/ A/C units ceiling fans strong Wi-Fi Internet and TVs and Back Up Solar Generator The space The villa is located in the Corcega neighborhood of Rincon which is a residential area and is only a few minutes car ride from the main town plaza, restaurants and bars. There are several sandy beaches some are walking distance others via a short car ride. We have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and some beach toys for you to enjoy. We even have an outdoor Ping Pong table! The beach right near the house can be entered when the water is calm . There are corals about 100 yards away which makes it a great snorkeling spot. There are stairs that leads you down to the water but please check the waves before you enter. We have three outdoor shower so please wash yourself off of sand and salt before entering the house. There are two trash bin are outside our gate across from the Gazebo. You may see a pool maintenance person come for their cleaning and inspection of the pool so don't be alarmed (but it should not take more then (20 min).
