This is an apartment on the seventh floor of a nine story building. The main feature of this apartment is its location and the spectacular views you have. I have done everything I can to make it even better. It has high-speed wi-fi. Satellite TV, hot water, a very well equipped kitchen. I have also included many beautiful and interesting paintings and art pieces with their descriptions. The neighborhood is very safe with everything nearby. The building has an elevator and a guard. No air conditioning needed as the weather in Cuenca is always nice. Very safe neighborhood. Take advantage of the weekly and monthly rates! These were the words of a really nice friend from Canada who was staying in my apartment for a while. Well, I believe it is true. Location is the number one thing before you decide to stay somewhere in a place you don’t know. You need to be close to everything and avoid getting lost. This is the place you need for your stay in Cuenca. It has an unbeatable location, plus breathtaking views, and, all the appliances you need to feel like home.
