Private room in a family home, on the street of the Se metro station in front of Sesc Carmo The space We are renting my old room, it is a simple but very cozy apartment and the best part: it is close to everything!!! - 15 min by subway to Avenida Paulista - 5 min walk to Sé Cathedral, Pátio do Colégio, Farol Santander (former Banespao), in short, all the attractions of the city center - 15-minute walk from 25 de Março, São Paulo's commercial center We've lived here for many years so we have tips for everyone :) The room is tiny, it only has one bed, but we have an auxiliary bed that can accommodate one more person (see second-to-last photo). We recently adopted a dog (see last photo). We'll be very happy to welcome you! Guest access All common spaces in the apartment can be used, including the kitchen and laundry room. The TV and computer are in the living room ;) During your stay We are always available to answer any questions and offer tips on how to best enjoy this amazing city!! Other things to note We don't have a garage in the building, but there are 3 parking lots very close by (one in front of the building).
