In the heart of the Santa Ana (historical downtown), Casona Sirenas is a remodeled home from 1904. Ideal for family reunions, multigenerational travel, families with kids, the house is in the Art District within walking distance of award-winning restaurants, steps from the main avenue of Paseo Montejo, and a block from the start of the famous Culinary Corridor leading to Parque La Plancha. The ideal location to enjoy weekly cultural events, including the famous Noche Blanca and Day of the Dead. The space Perfect for large groups and families, there are 7 air- conditioned bedrooms. The large kitchen is fully functional for you or an invited chef, and the large dining room allows everyone to be seated to eat together. There are multiple open indoor and outdoor spaces including the pool and shaded terraces, a TV room, living room, and beautiful office with high speed wifi. The pool has 2 very shallow areas for younger kids to play in and a waterfall fountain. Throughout the house, guests will enjoy Mexican architecture and design details from around the republic, that offer a truly unique space. Guest access Guests have access to our seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a smart TV, an office with a large desk and fast wifi, a full kitchen that can seat ten people, a dining room with a table for 16 people, and a large swimming pool. There are 3 ground floor bedrooms. The first has 2 single beds and a double bed on a balcony, with its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom; one has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that each have a queen bed and their own bedroom. In addition, upstairs has 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom; one bedroom has 2 queens and the other has 2 twins. There is an additional full bathroom on the first floor near the pool. There are 3 separate terrace areas upstairs, one with a bar, one in full sun for sunbathing, and the other with a shade and chairs, perfect for reading.
