There is a gas fireplace in the living room, and we have also recently installed a mini split air conditioner/heater on both floors for those rare evenings that are a bit too warm or too cool. We have a separate garage with a loft that can sleep people comfortably with its own brand new bathroom and air conditioning. Our dock is a short walk across the street and there are two kayaks available for use. Keene, NH is a 15-20 minute drive where you will find great restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. Mount Monadnock is a short distance away for a great daytime hike. You will not be disappointed.
