It also has a small desk, a closet and a private bathroom with an electric shower. If there are guests in the other rooms, the entire common area, such as the kitchen, living room and balcony, will be shared. Remember that the rest of the apartment may be rented to other people, which may cause you to have to share common areas such as the kitchen, balcony, etc. But this, in fact, has always been a source of joy here, as guests exchange cultural experiences, chat on the balcony, go out together, etc...
