The space Whether you’re booking last minute for just one night or staying for an extended amount of time, you will appreciate the comfortable and functional living set up! Kitchen: -Engineered hardwoods throughout the house. -Granite counter tops. -Soft close cabinets. -Fully functional kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils. -Traditional coffee maker, coffee filters and generic coffee grounds available for you to use. -Washer & dryer available for you to use, with generic detergent in the kitchen cabinets. Living: -Open floor plan between kitchen/living space. -The couch in the living space is comfortable & practical. -Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV etc hookups. *no cable TV at this time* -High speed Spectrum internet access shared with the duplex next door. (Does not affect streaming quality) Bedrooms: -Spa Sensation, 12” memory foam mattress. -Top quality linens -White noise machines in the hall closet, one for each bedroom The house is a DUPLEX. Meaning there are 2 private units, with their own entrances, but share the same roof. The middle wall that separates the 2 units is double insulated and fire rated. Noise is hardly ever a complaint, but we still ask that you respect the quiet hours from 9pm-7am. Parking - there is space for ONE car in front of the unit. Please park all additional cars in the dirt/gravel lot directly across the street. We are family owned and operated. If you arrive and something isn't right or has been left un-stocked PLEASE reach out! I live close by and can usually drop off whatever is needed. This is one of 6 units on the same street! Are you looking to accommodate a large group? Wedding, girls/guys weekend, family in town? Each unit can host up to 5 people! You’re all together but privately apart in your own space.
