Yellow House with barbecue in the Serra!

Complete, charming and cozy house. Close to São Pedro da Serra square (only 1 km) about 2 minutes by car and Lumiar (2 km). It is away from the noise of the center, but at the same time very close to everything and with easy access. It is perfect for resting! The place has a lot of greenery, is very quiet and safe, like all of São Pedro da Serra and Lumiar in general. Everything thought out in detail for a very pleasant stay! The space The house is between São Pedro da Serra and Lumiar. The house is an ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet, with a large green area around it. The biggest charm is our spring water shower. It is located within a condominium with beautiful houses around it. Guest access The access to the house is all stone. On the lawn there is a pergola where you can park your car. The house has a beautiful lawn and is surrounded by a hedge fence. Located between Lumiar and São Pedro, it is less than 5 minutes from two cities (by car). Other things to note Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Ecologically correct attitudes, such as not wasting water that is from a SPRING and energy. No smoking inside the property. Avoid loud sounds. Bring bath towels. (if you need to let me know beforehand) I do not provide firewood At checkout, bag the trash and take it to the trash can at the condominium door.
