🏡 Farmhouse for events, weekends, holidays and day use! 🏕 🤽‍♀️There are 6,000 m² of green area with a complete leisure space including an adult and children's pool with a waterfall, a barbecue with a wood stove, a game room, a hammock, a soccer field and a playground. 🐓🪴 It also has a chicken coop, vegetable garden, orchard and a grass field that can be accessed in the company of the caretaker. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Weekend rate for up to 30 people. If there are more guests, check the price with the renter. The space The house is distributed on two floors, as follows: Ground floor: - 2 independent suites, each equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and a ceiling fan; - a TV room. Upper floor: - Bedroom 1: A large suite with a mezzanine and balcony consisting of 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 double beds; - Bedroom 2: 4 bunk beds and an attached social bathroom; - Living room/dormitory with two sofa beds Balcony around the house with hammock available. Outside are the adult and children's swimming pool with waterfall, soccer field and playground. In the edicule there is a barbecue grill, kitchen and game room, with foosball and pool table, as well as two more bathrooms. Guest access The spaces described above are available to everyone. Part of the house is exclusively accessible to the owner, and remains closed during the guests' stay. The kitchen available for use is in the edicule, in the outdoor area. Other things to note 10x5m adult pool with a maximum depth of 1.80m. 3x4m children's pool with a depth of 0.40m. Access to the upper floor only by stairs.
