🏡 Farmhouse for events, weekends, holidays and day use! 🏕 🤽‍♀️There are 6,000 m² of green area with a complete leisure space, including an adult and children's pool with a waterfall, a barbecue area with a wood stove, a game room, a gazebo, a soccer field and a playground. 🐓🪴 It also has a chicken coop, vegetable garden, orchard and mesh field that can be accessed in the company of the caretaker. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Weekend price for up to 30 people. If there are more guests, check the price with the renter. The space The house is divided into two floors, as follows: Ground floor: - 2 independent suites, each equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and ceiling fan; - a TV room. Top floor: - Bedroom 1: A large suite with a mezzanine and balcony consisting of 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 trundle beds; - Bedroom 2: 4 bunk beds and attached social bathroom; - Living room/dorm room with two sofa beds Balcony around the house with hammock availability. In the outdoor area are the adult and children's pool with waterfall, soccer field and playground. In the in-law is the barbecue, kitchen and game room, with foosball and pool table, as well as two more bathrooms. Guest access The spaces described above are available to everyone. Part of the house is exclusive access by the owner, and remains closed during the guests' stay. The kitchen available for use is located in the in-law, outside. Other things to note 10x5m adult pool with a maximum depth of 1.80 m. Childrens pool of 3x4m with depth of 0.40 m. Access to the upper floor only by stairs.
