Our cabin is set up as two 3 bedroom self contained units with adjoining doors upstairs and downstairs that can be unlocked for larger groups that rent both units. It sits on a wooded 12 acre lot on the Kasilof River. Each unit can accommodate up to 5 people. You travel a dirt road through over a mile of deeply wooded nature conservatory to reach this private retreat. Our place is great for couples, business travelers and families. Go fishing in the backyard or relax and watch the water roll by! The space There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a full bed. The upstairs loft has a queen and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and each unit also has a propane grill on the covered front deck for your use. The deck has plenty of seating area and gear hooks to hang up wet fishing waders or jackets. Guest access There is 900 feet of riverfront property that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. Bring your own fishing gear/tackle to enjoy your own private access to amazing fishing grounds. If interested, ask us more about our guided river or saltwater fishing charters as both owners are professional fishing guides on the Kenai Peninsula. Other things to note Guests are welcome to bring their own fishing gear and try their hand at fishing in the backyard. The fishing can be quite good for those with experience of river fishing. Guests should be knowledgeable of the fishing regulations and would need a current fishing license on their person, while fishing.
