This is available for single families only. No groups. 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen and 2 single beds. No parties/events. Max of 3 cars are permitted. Located in a quiet neighborhood please be respectful. The space No parties or events permitted. Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood—please be respectful of neighbors. The home has 1 TV, located in the main family room. It is HDMI-compatible, so you can use Fire TV, Apple TV, or Chromecast. There is no cable TV—only internet/WiFi. Enjoy a large back deck with a grill, along with a spacious family room, dining room, sitting room, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Guest access Entry is via the back of the house, up the stairs and ramp to that back porch and door. Access is provided to the house via a keypad on the back entrance. The code will be the last four digits f the guest's cell number provided. Check-in is 3 pm in the afternoon and check-out is 12 noon on the day of departure. Should there be a need to alter these times, we will make our best efforts to work with all guests on this matter.
