Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the luxurious gated community of Pacifico. Feels like you are at 5 star resort yet with all the conveniences of your home. The space We are located in the heart of the upbeat beach town of Playas del Coco, only 30min away from the Liberia airport and couple hours drive to famous volcanos, waterfalls and hot springs, it is the most charming and conveniently located town for exploring all the top rated attractions of what Costa Rica has to offer! Our unit is on the second floor of a three story condo in the heart of the luxurious Pacifico property. Enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade from the oversized terrace overlooking a spectacular pool. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate his and hers vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Just outside the second bedroom door is the second full bathroom making this place perfect for 2 couples or small families. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and large dining table. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need. The unit also hosts your own washer and drier. Wifi internet and cable tv is included for your convenience. For those travelling with young children, we come fully equipped with everything you might need (portable crib, high chair, safety railing, umbrella stroller, potty seat, children plates and cutlery and toys). Pacifico is a gated luxury resort community with incredible amenities such as 4 large pools, jacuzzis, and pool side restaurant and bar. The complex includes commercial conveniences of a large supermarket, coffee shops, stores, car rental and restaurants. The development also has an exclusive ocean front Beach Club. Renters at Pacifico have access to this private club at an additional cost of $35 per person per day redeemable against food and drinks. Children are free. The beach club has 2 more infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabanas, towel service, and an incredible restaurant and bar to serve you poolside. Other things to note Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Some construction — and a discount Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.
