Out of the noise of Samara center, this is the perfect location, with an unconventional touch, if you want to relax & sleep in a very quiet place surrounded by nature. A good solution to save money cooking by yourself your own meal. The space "Habitaciòn Ceiba ROJA" is a studio composed of one bedroom with queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen (with minibar fridge), a little desk for working/eating, a private bathroom with hot shower and a private outdoor patio. Swimming pool shared with other 2 apartments, for a maximum of 5 people more. A/C included in the price. NO suitable for INFANT. The studio is equipped with orthopedic mattress, ceiling fans in every room, real hot water, drying rack, insect screen windows/door, WI-FI 300 Mbps free access, security box, Smart TV (no cable tv). The kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker...and cutlery, dishes and everything necessary as well! We also provide bed sheets and bath towels (not to be used outside the apartment or for the swimming pool). No beach towels provided. *** We are pleased to provide basic kitchen staples (sugar, salt, oil, coffee), hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc only for the needs of the first days. We have two supermarkets at about 250 mts where you can buy everything you need. *** Change of bath towels/bed sheets and apartment cleaning service are not included in the rate (except the final one). We can offer these services for a fee. Guest access - 2 outdoor showers. Other things to note There is no parking inside: leave the car in front of the property.
