This private, 3-bedroom house is the perfect getaway for boaters and those who just want to relax and enjoy the island. The primary Queen bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom located on the main level. The second Queen bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is located on the main level. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and is located upstairs along with a powder room. There are two living areas, one with a Smart TV and the other, adjacent to the kitchen, and it is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a great family meal or simply enjoy morning coffee. Located on the north end of San Juan Island, near Roche Harbor, this is the perfect space for a family or a few couples. The anchored, deep-water dock will provide access to boats 35 feet or less, so come and enjoy your stay at Rendezvous Retreat while boating through the San Juans. *Anchored, deep water dock. Dock is pulled and stored most of the Fall/Winter months due to extreme weather. Dock availability is typically between Mid- May through Mid-September, depending on weather and tides. Dock timing is not guaranteed. Please contact office during Fall/Winter/Spring months with questions about bringing a boat. *One boat per reservation not to exceed 35ft. *No shore power. *Sleeping on the boat is not permitted. *No beach access or swimming due to strong tides. *This home is located at the end of a long dirt/gravel driveway with occasional potholes. * This is a Non-Smoking property. Please be advised, yard maintenance may occur during your stay. Cell phone coverage dependent on service provider. The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.
