There are beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake from the vaulted ceiling Great Room and truly spectacular views from the 'Eyebrow' balcony above the front door. Also included are two kayaks and a small rowboat for your fun. The lake front beach is screened from the neighboring properties creating a very private feel. The house is located at 1003 South Lake Road, about 1/2 mile south of Vine Valley (probably 4-5 miles north of the south end of the lake on the east side). The house is located across the road from the lake which is typical on South Lake Road. South Lake road is a narrow, dead-end road with very little traffic. Many people from the neighborhood enjoy walking, biking and jogging along the road as it has great views of the lake and many interesting houses.
