Porto de Galinhas-Serrambi house seaside pool

The house is located by the sea, in the area of the Associação Praia Ponta de Serrambi, where we have a safety guardhouse and vigilantes hired by the condominium. It is a paradisiacal beach, which is in an APA- Environmental Protection Area (we have turtles, sea horses and dolphins in the area). We have 5 social rooms, 4 suites and one more social bathroom. We also have a suite of staff, with a bunk bed. The six bedrooms have split air conditioning, new. The space The house, extremely charming, is intended in its entirety for tenants, without any of its facilities being shared by other people. It is totally private to the tenants. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to all parts of the house, without sharing it with anyone. Absolutely EXCLUSIVE use. Other things to note The caretaker will need to be present every day to clean the pool and water the gardens.
