This ocean front property is sheltered by many small islands - calm waters perfect for exploring with the kayaks. Wind down at the end of the day with a relaxing sauna. The space Our home is nestled in 2.5 acres of birch and spruce forest, with great views of the ocean which is only 250 ft from the front door. Take the stairs to the water to enjoy 300 ft of private ocean front, or take advantage of the air-conditioning inside our three bedroom home. Each bedroom is equipped with a SmartTV, with both Netflix and Bell Fibe television. On cooler nights, enjoy a campfire by the beach or at the fire pit by the house, or stay in with the comfort of the wood-stove. Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. Guest access The whole house is available for you to enjoy, except the utility room beside the laundry area and one closet. Also the garage is not available for use. Other things to note The path to the beach include 42 stairs that you will need to descend and climb. The last 2 kilometres of your drive to our house is an unpaved road.
