Great location 3min. From I-75, 5min from St Rt 30.. and a quick drive to downtown area, close to Fairgrounds and Hospital’s. Quiet country setting with a stocked pond for catch/release or cook&eat, swimming/Ice skating. Relaxing outdoor areas with fire pits, patios and a swing, that’s close to bike/walking paths. Beautiful scenery all around with resident ducks Huey + Dewy who help supply breakfast eggs for breakfast and are fun to watch. We have well water, satellite internet and Roku TVs. The space A xl large bedroom with rustic charm..fully stocked kitchenette including power xl air fryer, mini fridge, 2 burner cook plate, Big comfy chair in relaxing area and a desk with a coffee bar and fresh drinking water outside your door. Has all the little things that’ll help your stay away feel like home. Guest access A very Large Bedroom completely furnished with a very Large shared Bathroom. All outdoor patios, fire pits and balcony. During your stay We live here on the first level and love to meet and socialize with new people. We also respect your privacy so we’ll follow your lead. Other things to note We do have 3 dogs.. Daisy is a wiener dog, Shasta and Shayla are “puppies” in training. They are part of our security/welcoming committee. They bark upon entry and at unexpected noises. We are located in the country with that comes slower internet and Well water. Our water is softened and conditioned and on occasion has a slight sulfur smell. We always have fresh drinking water available for drinking and cooking with.
