Large suite (19m²) with pink private bathroom and balcony (3.5m²). Quiet and peaceful place. Parking space for 1 vehicle in the garage. Comfortable, quiet space to sleep and wake up to the sound of birds. Quiet neighborhood. There's a square nearby for walking. Good ice cream parlor and supermarket nearby. Easy access to the city's main highways. The space Suite 2 has a single bed and may have a sofa bed for an extra guest, a lock on the door and a balcony with an internal guardrail. Bathroom with shower stall, shower and hot water sink. If requested in advance, there is a large closet for storing belongings. The following may be used in the kitchen: dishes, cutlery, glasses and microwave for occasional snacks. Guest access Suite 2 (bedroom and bathroom) is for the exclusive use of the guest, who will also have free access to the common circulation areas of the house (living rooms and kitchen); if you need to and agree with me, you can use the washing machine, clotheslines in the yard and iron. Access to this suite is via the internal staircase. During your stay Questions, assistance and/or needs can be clarified, negotiated and dealt with personally with me, as I am at the residence most of the time. Check-in and check-out can be handled in advance, as long as we agree on a day and time that suits your needs, so that we have everything available and tidy.
