The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with electric shower, a full kitchen with all utensils, a dining room for 4 people and a living room. Outside it has a porch, fireplace, laundry and a lot of ornamental plants. The property consists of 3000m2 of field covered with green grass, which serves as food for the cows that come to the property once every 60 days, in the back you will come across a small stable and you will find the company of a small alpaca very friendly. In addition, the house is totally surrounded by nature, forests, rivers, birds, flowers, perfect for hiking, horseback riding and bird watching. Located in the middle of the Llanganates National Park and Sangay National Park, hence its great biodiversity and excellent climate. It is undoubtedly the perfect place to relax, walk and enjoy nature. The house is completely private, so you can have access to the bedrooms, the patio and the bathroom for yourself, so you will enjoy an exclusive place where no one and nothing will disturb you. Outside the house there is a small bonfire area where you will have the opportunity to contemplate the beautiful night sky. To get to the house you must take the road to El Triunfo and drive for approximately 10km on a second order road completely paved. The road is suitable for any type of vehicle. If you do not have private transportation you can take a cab from the city of Baños, although we do not recommend public transportation services, you can also make use of them. We recommend all our clients to drive with caution because if you are not used to driving on narrow roads it can be a bit unsettling. Likewise, although it is a very safe place avoid arriving at night because it can be complicated to drive in the dark, due to the fact that there is no public lighting on the road because it is an area protected by the Ministry of Environment. Regarding the safety of the area you should not worry, as it is one of the safest and quietest places you can visit. Ubicado en Patate a 20 minutos de Baños de Agua Santa, un lugar privilegiado por su clima y la belleza de sus montañas. Tiene aproximadamente 100 habitantes, de los cuales la gran mayoría se dedica a la ganadería, agricultura y turismo. Encontrarás algunos vecinos a unos 50m de la propiedad, son personas súper amables y atentos. Además, el pueblo dispone de 2 pequeñas tiendas, cuenta con un coliseo para practicar deportes y una pequeña escuela. Para desplazarse es muy sencillo. Una vez realizada la reserva les envío la ubicación por Waze. Adicional a cada huésped le entregamos un mapa de la zona con todas las indicaciones pertinentes para que pueda movilizarse fácilmente.
