"A Quiet Room" in: Lehigh Master Suite (BD 1)✨🛀

MASTER suite furnished with queen platform bed. Bedroom has central air, ceiling fan, use of the kitchen (if needed) and washer/dryer. This is the master bedroom with private bath. House is close to the grocery store, restaurants and the center of lehigh acres. Only 25 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers and 30 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach. The space You will have a private combo keyed room, so your belongings are secure. No pets or children on property, so you can rest peacefully. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. Guest access Expect all areas of the house, except your private bedroom with bathroom, to be shared with others. Please do not leave personal belongings in the shared areas. Conversely, do not use, move or remove anything that you did not bring with you and was not specifically listed as a provided amenity as it probably belongs to another guest. If you use anything, including appliances, counters and fixtures, clean it directly after use. All spills must be cleaned up right away. There are cleaning supplies under the sinks and in the garage for your use. During your stay Guests are given space to relax and enjoy the property at their leisure. We encourage you to reach out via the app for any questions, concerns, or feedback! Other things to note Home is on a well and septic. Well will sometimes emit a rotten eggs smell. Do not pour any chemicals into toilet or drains. Only human waste, water and the toilet paper provided can go down the drains.
