Beautiful house facing the sea, wonderful view, infinity pool, 20 minutes from Pto López and 25 from Montañita, just 50 meters from the beach- 3 minutes walking- with panoramic views of Los Ahorcados Islets. The House have: •3 bedrooms (each with A/C and full bathrooms, Hot Water) •Complete kitchen utensils •Grill •Wood oven •3 Kayaks •Bonfire •Easement (optional) •24 hour guard We are 300 meters from the Police Station. My accommodation is ideal for couples, adventurers and families. The space The view from the deck of the house is spectacular, in the sunny season (December - May) the sunsets are absolutely romantic and inspiring; and in the time of less sun (June - November) the place is perfect to see humpback whales and relax watching the sea. Los Ahorcados Islets in front are the cherry of the cake. Guest access To move around the neighborhood, a bicycle would be enough, everything is a 10-minute walk away, only if you want to go to other places you will need to take a taxi or bus. The parking lot is big, like for 6 cars. Other things to note Be sure to try the delicacies of the area, I will give you some recommendations that my family and I love!: 1.
