Access to the Apartment: - The condominium consists of 2-story blocks on three different levels. The apartment is on the upper floor of the middle block. - Two options to get to the apartment: 1) Using the access ramp to the side block: no stairs to climb. 2) One flight of stairs (from the garage to the block). * The flight of stairs is equivalent to the 1st floor of a normal building. Guest access - Upon arrival at the condominium, the guest must present an authorization to use the apartment, printed and signed by the owner and the guest. This will be emailed to you. - An identification wristband is required, which costs R$ 5.00 per guest over 13 years of age. Payment must be made by PIX or debit card at the front desk upon arrival. Other things to note - Early check-in and/or late check-out are allowed: * Early check-in: up to 6 hours before check-in, half-day surcharge; more than 6 hours, full-day surcharge. * Late check-out: until 8 p.m., additional half-day fee; after 8 p.m., additional one-day fee. - No pets allowed (condominium rules). - Bring your bedding, bath and toiletries. - We do not provide meals. - Access permitted to all common areas of the condominium. - Visitors are not allowed.
