Casa Boom's pool and patio face out to a large rancho and hammocks under custom basket lights and with new 12 foot slab bar and dining table. Casa Boom also has a new flat screen smart TV, Marshal Bluetooth and patio gas grill. Casa Boom is all about Surfing and relaxing... The space Casa Boom is just 25 steps off the sand from the beach and has a private tropical setting. Listen to the sounds of the Boom at night while you sleep! New AC units. New outdoor grill. New microwave and slow cooker. And two small new solar panels on the roof for power outtages. (wifi and a few lights will remain on). Exterior freshly painted and both bathrooms. Truck rental is strongly encouraged due to some of the local roads are unpaved and in rough condition.
