The house is located in a convenient area of the city, only a few blocks away from restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets in the Santa Victoria neighborhood. The house is shared with my family; the two bedrooms located in the 3rd floor and are accesible through a spiral staircase. Each room has 2 beds and the restrooms are located just across the bedrooms. The space We have had several guests staying in our place over the last 20 years, so we are familiar with having visitors around for as long as one year. We respect your privacy and expect the same from our guests. The rooms have all the basics to make your stay comfortable in a family setting. Guest access Guests have acces to the common areas like the living room, dining room and kitchen. During your stay Both of my parents are available and can assist you with instructionson how to get around in the area. They speak Spanish and only basic English. Other things to note Even when the house is not located in the city center, this neighborhood can get a little noisy at times, mostly from traffic even in residential areas; earplugs are recommended if you have light sleep. The house might not be suitable for small kids because of the spiral staircase.
