What better place to relax and enjoy a well-deserved break! "Paradise Point" is the perfect getaway for a family, friend, or couple's vacation. At "the point" you will enjoy Panoramic Views of both the Shallotte River and the beautiful intracoastal waterways. Paradise Point has a beautiful Pier to fish, hang out, or just watch the boats go by. We have a refreshing pool. You have the option to heat the pool for an additional fee, any time of the year! Paradise Point also has a floating dock perfect to store your boat, take a ride in the kayak or to enjoy as you play in the water. Spend the day laying in the hammock and an evening in the hot tub or around the fire pit! It is a short drive to either Ocean Isle Beach or Holden Beach. At the point you will be close to the beach, yet at a private, serene getaway. Paradise Point has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs. All bathrooms have been recently renovated. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and one bath plus a bunk area and loft with comfortable seating and a smart TV. There is free wifi throughout the house. On the main level there is a fully stocked kitchen. 4 people can sit at the island and there is a table that sits 6-8 guests. The family room has reclining chairs and a 65" TV mounted over the electric fireplace. But, the most breathtaking part of the house is stepping out to the oversized deck. The deck has an eating area, a propane firepit with captains chairs, a propane grill and a screened porch. Under the porch we have an underdeck with a hot tub, tiki bar, charcoal grill, and sitting area. Under the house, we have a ping pong table! Within walking distance is a fabulous restaurant, The Inlet View Bar and Grill (open mid February to end of November). The kids can enjoy endless hours playing in the pool, playing ping pong, looking for sea shells or hermit crabs, catching stone crabs in the crab trap or playing in the sand area down by the water. Paradise Point is a great location with lots to do for children and adults of all ages!
