The space An immaculate and comfortable 950sq ft, this spacious floor plan features new and stylish furnishings, renovated and fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, exposed brick walls, 9.5ft ceilings in living room and bedroom, full-size in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of storage, Netflix/Hulu/YouTubeTV, and a variety of coffee pods, teas, and cooking essentials. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access No keys necessary, just check yourself in with the smart doorlock. Other things to note - You can park in the adjoining public Poinsett Parking Garage for $10/day, with access to the condo building with an assigned code. - I can be flexible with check-in/check-out times whenever possible but need prior approval. - approved bookings by guests with proven good references and that are over the age of 25. - Infants are welcome upon approval but you will need your own portable crib. Condo is NOT child-proof. - Service dogs are only welcome with prior approval. - Guests will need to abide by and sign-off on all HOA Rules and Regulations
