La Tertulia - National Bridge, Santander

A beautiful garden with a wide variety of plant and tree species, surrounding a comfortable, bright and cozy cabin. The place has charming corners that show love and respect for nature, offering a quiet and perfect space for rest. The garden is visited by a great variety of birds and "guarded" by Josefina, the cat that roams freely. Pets are welcome and we hope our visitors appreciate and respect the place as much as we do The space The cabin is for guests' exclusive use during their stay. It contains 2 bedrooms, each with a balcony and garden view, 2 bathrooms (one per floor), an open kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The space has a ping-pong table, outdoor parking, hammock area, reading area, and garden trails. Although Josefina, the cat who lives there, has her own space and is not allowed access to the cabin, we accept pets that have an affinity with cats. We expect our visitors to use the indoor and outdoor spaces appropriately and not destructively. We promote LNV (Leave No Trace) tourism, so we recommend our visitors use and dispose of the waste they generate correctly. Guest access Guests can walk the trails and gardens around the cabin. Other things to note Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legally responsible adults. To ensure a harmonious stay for everyone, we ask that pets be friendly and able to socialize and tolerate the presence of other pets and domestic animals that may be on neighboring properties. Similarly, dog breeds considered potentially dangerous must be properly supervised at all times during the stay. Guest names and document numbers will be requested for each reservation to manage: 1. The accident insurance that will cover them during their stay in La Tertulia and 2. The Accommodation Registration Card (TRA), in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020. The TRA is the system set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism for tourist accommodation service providers to keep a register of guests. 3.
