The Mill House is located in downtown Lander, walking distance to restaurants, shops and parks. The Mill is one of Landers most historic landmarks built in 1888. This newly renovated building has four unique units. Each space has a different feel and decor. The Ranch House and Cottage Room have private patios. The Mill House also has lots of common space for reading, playing games and socializing. You can rent out a room or the entire building depending on your needs. The space The Ranch House is a larger unit with a rustic decor. This space has a large living room with a private patio, comfy seating and smart TV. The bedroom has a King size bed. The Farmhouse is decorated with historical furniture from the area. History buffs will enjoy this room. The space has a queen size bed and cozy sitting area. This room has a private non-lobby entrance and it's the only pet friendly room. The Penthouse is a large second story unit with a urban loft feel. It has one bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full kitchen. This space has views in every direction. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The living are has a 55 inch smart TV and lots of seating. This unit is truly unique. The Cottage Room is a charming space with a large private patio. This unit has a queen sized bed in the upper area and a daybed lower. The bathroom has a large vanity and claw foot tub. Guest access All guests will have access to our many common spaces. We have two reading/game rooms, a deck with seating and dinning area.
