You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, a full sized refrigerator and moderate counter space. In the living room there is satellite tv, a couch, and a comfortable dinning area that can double as a working space. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a full sized one. You'll also find beach and bath towels, a cooler, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer for your convenience Outdoors, there is green everywhere! We invite you to enjoy the ample garden and common areas. A block away from the property you'll find Fortuna beach, and a short stroll along this beach will lead you to where the Mameyes river meets the Atlantic Ocean; a beautiful picturesque spot with a stunning view of El Yunque Rainforest. In addition, guests will enjoy shared access to the refreshing saltwater pool, parking within the property, a lovely gazebo, and a BBQ pit. The lush garden and patio areas are also available for guests to explore and relax in. However, we kindly request that guests refrain from accessing the workshop area located in the back right corner of the property, as well as the front portion of the owner's house. Other things to note For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, our property is completely smoke-free of any kind. However, there is a beautiful beach just down the street that you can enjoy. To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, we do not allow visitors on the property. All individuals on the premises must be registered guests of Del Mar. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that music not be played out loud in the common areas of the property. If you wish to listen to music in your unit, please keep the volume at a level that does not disturb other guests or the owners who live on the property. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow food or drinks inside the pool area. Please avoid bringing any glass or glass bottles near the pool.
