Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: - An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required. - The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons. - A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning). - Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID. - Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. Other things to note You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 2 pm for maintenance reasons.
