Monthly single room - shared bathroom

Welcome! We are a hostel that functions as a residence during the low season. We rent private rooms monthly. We have different types of rooms, with and without a bathroom, for one or two people. We have equipped kitchens available (from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm), common spaces, living room and patio for everyone's use. If you have any questions, I'm here to help! The space This particular room is super spacious, it has a large locker as a closet, nightstand + a large table as a desk. The bathroom is shared (outside the room). We give you the keys to the room and also to the house's street door. As in any shared house, hostel or residence, we must be careful with schedules, loud noises and people outside the house. Guest access We have two large kitchens, a large dining room, a living room with a balcony for smokers, and a patio on the ground floor of the house. We don't have a washing machine or laundry service, but you can use the sinks and ropes in the patio. The use of common spaces is restricted after 11:00 pm and until 8:00 am. During your stay My partner Rafael and I are here to help you with whatever you need. We are usually in the house (we live on the ground floor) and we are also available on WhatsApp. We have daily cleaning of rooms and common spaces.
