Private Studio in Gated Estate

The Private Studio with lofted bed at Sankofa Sanctuary is a self contained apartment with a minimalist vibe. Located on a lower level of the estate it faces a valley giving it a feeling of seclusion. While it is our smallest unit it provides ample space for lounging both inside and out. The space The Sankofa Estate houses four separate dwellings with a communal pool. You are free to enjoy your privacy or interact with other guests in common areas at your leisure. Sankofa offers far infrared sauna therapy and wellness services that can be booked at an additional cost during your stay or prior to arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the patio immediately outside the apartment. Additionally there is a large open air deck right above the apartment that is available for lounging, exercise, meditation, etc. Occasionally this space may be booked for private events or used by other guests. The swimming pool is available by all guests unless there is a private function booked. Guests are expected to be considerate of others who are using spaces simultaneously. Other things to note The surroundings are very lush which while beautiful to look at also comes with the inhabitants of the beautifully green surroundings. They were here before us so you'll have to give them a pass. Don't be surprised to see lizards, iguanas, and other tropical creatures including the recent addition of a tortoise. While there are no steps inside the apartment there are steps to get down to the unit. The last portion of the stairway contains shallow but narrow steps. We provide toilet paper and dish liquid upon arrival. Once exhausted guests are responsible for supplying their own. Towels and sheets are provided. Replacements may be requested for stays over 7 days. Less than 7 days replacements may be requested for a fee.
