**NEWLY RENOVATED!! You'll most love the studio's privacy and close location to private, lifeguarded the beach access. Private studio accommodations over detached garage of family property. A clean, fresh space with it's own private entrance and parking. *Offering a 3-night minimum stay in peak-season, however will entertain less should 3 consecutive nights not be available together. The kitchenette has a small sink, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and hot plate along with dishes, cookware and glassware. A/C, Queen bed, couch, flat screen TV, cable, dedicated WIFI. $$ Pricing varies depending on season. Towels and sheets are provided. There is plenty of floor space for a port-a-crib and/or an additional blow-up mattress (not provided)- a perfect spot for a small family with young child. The mini fridge is slow at making ice so I suggest bringing an extra cooler for ice. *3 night minimum booking peak season and 2 night minimum off-season * Guest access You'll have private access to the apartment through a private set of stairs adjacent to our garage. The garage will remain locked. You may also use our private swimming pool. Our lovable dogs Tab & Olive also share the yard. Check in time 3:00pm, Check out time Noon. Other things to note Our four-legged family members, are loving Boxers who might greet you upon arrival. The studio has plenty of floor space for your yoga/mediation practice or sleeping bags/blow-up mattress. Help yourself to the grill, firepit and lounge area between house and garage- it’s all yours!
