Just walk 10 minutes to see the sea. The space Entirely private apartment, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (if you prefer, we can set up 3 single beds, please let us know when booking), pillows, bedding, blanket, towels, TV 21, iron, hairdryer and air conditioning. Private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, private barbecue, dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, dining table and laundry sink. Bathroom with electric shower, toilet paper, soaps, bath towels and face towels. Guest access The apartment is all private with guest-only access, 1 bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The only things that would be shared are the beach shower and the parking lot, which has an exclusive space inside the property. Other things to note CAUTION: * In cases of promotion for 28 days of accommodation during the established dates, cleaning utensils such as soaps and toilet paper will not be included. * The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 people, including adults and children. If this rule is not respected, the extra people present will be charged a daily rate plus a fine of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
