The Chalet is located in Campo Alegre, 7 km, via asphalt, from the village of Visconde de Mauá, overlooking Pedra Selada. There is 1 bedroom with a hot tub, TV and fireplace, AIR CONDITIONING. And a mezzanine with an extra double bed, TV and fan. Living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, with barbecue grill. Wi-fi, gas-heated water, outdoor space, the house is in an area of five thousand square meters with 5 other chalets, planned and arranged to ensure everyone's privacy. The space The space You will find everything for a well-structured stay: We offer a master bedroom with a hot tub, fireplace and TV. The second bedroom is a large mezzanine with a glazed window, storage space, TV and fan. The kitchen has an electric oven, fondue pot, glasses, pizza pan, small outdoor barbecue. We DO NOT provide bed and bath linens. The Village of Campo Alegre, where we are, is an oasis of tranquility. Despite being cut by the asphalt, there is little movement of cars and our house is set back from the main road, away from the noise and with the beautiful Pedra Selada as the main view. On the property, you will find many birds and still have the freshness of a constant breeze. You can also enjoy all this illuminated and warmed by the heat of a bonfire. We are about 3.5 km from the nearest waterfall, Aguas Claras, in the town of Ponte dos Cachorros. If you don't want to leave the house, the mountain also has several establishments that work with delivery for all tastes. Guest access The entire route from the road to the house is on asphalt. The best way to get around the region is by car or motorcycle, but it is good to know that most waterfalls and trails are in regions of dirt roads. Here in the mountains, you can rent buggies, quadricycles, and right next to our house there is a horseback riding service. If you prefer, you can also schedule a jeep tour with itineraries to more distant locations, full of stunning natural beauty and little known to those who are not from the region. And, to reiterate, we have free private parking right at the door of the house. Other things to note When bringing your pet, talk to us first to see if our facilities are in accordance with their needs. And we recommend the use of tick repellents, since we are in a rural region. Guest access We have a common area in the center of the property with a sauna, outdoor hot tub with water at room temperature, billiards and a fire pit. This space can be used for exclusive periods by prior appointment made on site. Other things to note We are not responsible for any damages caused by weather events.
